erica + mike + 200 vases = one heck of a wedding that not even the rain could stop from being awesome. As it is with every wedding, we always like to monitor the weather so we are prepared. We knew there was a chance of rain during this wedding but we were determined to make it work, we were pleasantly surprised to find out erica and mike were just as determined to make it work as we were. So the dress got a little dirty? so what a couple drops of rain on the awesome suit? nothing a dry cleaning can’t fix and all worth it to get some awesome pictures. It was a heart warming experience for us and we are just glad things fell in place to make their special day a memorable one.
Special notes: there were 200 different vintage vases at this wedding that the bride and groom have been hunting down prior to their wedding. They had the cutest little cake topper. NY, The Big Apple, The Asphalt Jungle…and now we have a new one : the place where two RAD people got married. Vivian & Kevin are as cool as they come, the whole experience we had surrounding their wedding is one of those that you don’t mind to keep hitting the rewind button over and over and over….

The more weddings we shoot, the more we realize we have this gift of attracting sweet couples. Hannah & Justin go together like PB&J, and we are happy they let us be a part of their big day to get a taste, of their love for each other that is.
